Our History

In 1968, Leonard Kolb built and established Highland Park Apartments, laying the foundation for a legacy of dependable, well-maintained rental properties across Erie and the surrounding areas. His dedication to providing comfortable, reliable housing was continued for over 20 years by his daughter and son-in-law.  That legacy now thrives through his grandson, Eric Neal, who has built on generations of experience and proudly serves the Millcreek and LECOM community. With over fifteen years of his own experience managing a diverse range of properties-from townhomes and duplexes to student housing, and now, with the addition of his grandfathers estate - Neal Estate Properties remains rooted in family values, professionalism, and a commitment to making every tenant feel at home.
